How can I place an order?

You can post a notice regarding the proposal to purchase/sell Goods only after logging into your User Account at: www.app.harvium.pl. You can order an analysis report for your selected plot by clicking on the Order Report tab. If you encounter any issues, use the form available in the Contact tab.

Why can't I buy products through the website?

Try logging in at www.app.harvium.pl. If you have problems, contact us via the contact form in the Contact tab.

How does your offer differ from intermediaries?

Our margins are minimal. Ultimately, we want to create a standardized product market where everyone can benefit from the available price. We will take care of quality verification, and you will enjoy the ability to sell and buy products at market price. What do you offer under Precision Farming?

Based on our satellite data, we can prepare a detailed report for your business. With us, you can obtain information about the condition of your farm, expected harvests, but also potential threats. Why do prices in the Trade tab change?

Our prices reflect supply and demand forces in the market. Our prices are the result of combining many available sources. Our customers provide us with data. Ultimately, prices will be refreshed in real-time and you will decide whether they are right for you.

What payment methods are available?

Currently, you can order reports using most popular payment methods. Products ordered on the platform can only be paid by bank transfer. We will make all payment options available soon. If you prefer another form of payment, please contact us. We create our solutions for you.

What will I need when placing an order?

  • Product description: Specific product name or specification.
  • Quantity: Requested quantity of product or indication of quantity range.
  • Delivery conditions: Preferred delivery dates, delivery location or specific transport requirements.
  • Technical specifications: For industrial products, these may be detailed quality requirements, standards and regulations.
  • Payment terms: Any preferences regarding payment terms.
  • Contact details: Information enabling the supplier to contact the person making the inquiry.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the delivery method and availability of shipping companies. We strive to ensure that the entire process does not take longer than 7 days.

What forms of delivery are available?

Our solutions are individually tailored to specific customers. Standard product prices include delivery based on Incoterms® EXW and FCA rules.

Can I count on any discounts?

Currently, we offer minimal margins for new customers. By agreeing to the terms of cooperation at this stage, you also receive a guarantee of free access to the trading platform under our cooperation agreement.
